Participate in our customer satisfaction survey, because your experiences are important in helping us to improve our services. After all, you are the best judges of what is going well and what needs improvement. That is why we would like to know your opinion. We will be raffling off 10 bol.com gift cards worth € 25 among all respondents.
Participate using your log-in code in your letter
In September, about 5,000 pensioners and 5,500 active members received a letter from us requesting participation in our customer satisfaction survey. Go to www.kienvragenlijst.nl/bpfkoopvaardij and complete the anonymous digital questionnaire, which will take about 10 minutes. You can log in using the personal code in the letter. Logging in also gives you the possibility to interrupt the questionnaire and to complete it at a later stage.
If you have not received a letter, you can still participate
If you are building up pension at Bpf Koopvaardij or receiving pension from us, you are also very welcome to participate in the survey. You can do so anonymously by going to www.kienvragenlijst.nl/koopvaardij.
You can participate until 25 October 2018 at the latest. Once our survey has been completed, we will post the results on our website.
