The 2018 annual statement will be available in early February

If you are receiving pension from Bpf Koopvaardij, you will receive your 2018 annual statement by post in the first week of February. You will find the digital version of your annual statement in My Koopvaardij.

Your 2018 annual statement shows you how much pension you received. You can also see the amount of wage deductions and healthcare contributions on the basis of the Dutch Healthcare Insurance Act (Zvw) that has been withheld. You will need this information for your tax return.

How do you receive your annual statement?
We will make the 2018 annual statement available to you digitally. If you have indicated that you wish to communicate digitally, you will receive an e-mail message from us stating that your annual statement is available in My Koopvaardij. You will also receive the annual statement by post this year. If you have indicated that you wish to receive your documents in the post, you will receive your annual statement by post. If you have not yet decided, you can indicate your choice in My Koopvaardij.

DigiD with SMS verification
To view your 2018 annual statement in My Koopvaardij, you will need a DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app. This makes logging in more secure. If you do not yet have the version with SMS verification or the DigiD app, request it via DigiD.

What is your choice: post or digital?
You can indicate in My Koopvaardij whether you wish to receive your post digitally in the future. You will then find all your pension post at a single location. We will require your e-mail address for this purpose. You can notify us of your e-mail address as follows:

  1. Log in with your DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app.
(For more information, go to www.digid.nl.)
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the personal details section and check your telephone number.
  3. Indicate that you wish to receive your post digitally at ‘Hoe ontvang ik mijn post?’ (‘How do I receive my post?’). If you do not wish to receive your post digitally, you will continue to receive your post on paper.
  4. You will receive an e-mail as soon as there is digital post for you in My Koopvaardij.
