Key Figures 2022

We adjust the amounts and percentages for the pension scheme each year. That may be necessary due to changes in the pension regulations or decisions by the employees’ and employers’ organisations in the merchant shipping industry. You can find the figures for 2022 on our website, where you can also find out more about the changes to the partner’s pension.

You need that information so as to correctly calculate the pension contribution to be paid. At the end of December you will also receive a letter with all the important information for 2022. 

Daily wage calculation for part-time workers and on-call workers

If you have part-time or on-call workers, then it’s important to use the correct calculation method when calculating their daily wage. Here’s a link to some examples of how to calculate the daily wage for a part-time worker and an on-call worker.

New: registering contact persons via the Koopvaardij Portal

We want to make sure that we notify the right people within your company about developments concerning the pension scheme and payroll processing. From now on, you can conveniently register contacts for General, HR, and Payroll via the Koopvaardij Portal.   

How does it work?

1. 1. Go to the Koopvaardij Portal  and log in with eHerkenning.
2. 2. Click 'Contactgegevens' [Contact details] in the menu on the left.
3. 3. Click 'Contactpersoon toevoegen'[Add contact] and fill in the relevant person’s details. Click 'Opslaan' [Save].
4. 4. If contacts are already listed, then please check them.
5. 5. If their details are correct then you don’t need to do anything.
6. 6. If their details aren’t correct, then click the name of the contact and make the necessary changes.
