Switching to the new pension in 3 steps

Bpf Koopvaardij plans to switch to the new pension from January 2026. What does that mean for your employees? We take them through in 3 steps.
In the first step, we give an initial idea of the amount of the future pension. We do this with recognisable profiles. Your employees can see for themselves which profile best suits their situation. Check it out at www.koopvaardij.nl/en/3steps.

Pension scheme plans

Our new pension scheme doesn't happen overnight. A lot of work goes into this. The preparation and agreements are set out in 3 plans: the transition plan, the implementation plan and the communication plan. On our website, we explain what these plans entail. You will also find the download links for the plans.

Roadmap for the new pension

What will change for your employees? What must you do? And how do you help them get off to a good start? On our dedicated employer page, you will find all the information conveniently together: from timeline to toolkit and example texts. If we have new information, we will supplement the page.
