Koopvaardij Portal is fully available again

The transition to the new pension scheme has been completed. You can now submit your declaration again via the Koopvaardij portal.

If you continue to submit your declaration in the usual way, nothing will change for you.  For example, if you submit your March declaration on the last day of April, you will receive the invoice for March in May.

In the second quarter of 2026, you will receive our monthly invoice on the following dates:

The final calculation is coming soon

By the end of 2025, your employees may have already received a preliminary calculation of their pension. This showed them what the expected pension would be under the new pension scheme. Between mid-March and the end of May, they will receive a final calculation of their new pension. Do your employees have any questions about the letter or the amounts it contains? On our website, we explain it step by step. Boris, our digital assistant, is also happy to help.
