Your pension administration

We would like to help you along with your pension administration. Every month you pass on the salary details and personnel changes of your employees. This can be effortlessly done online. A number of things can only be supplied via the Employers Desk.

Koopvaardij Portal

You must provide the following information via the Koopvaardij Portal:

  • salary details (daily wage);
  • an employee entering service;
  • an employee leaving service (including dismissal or passing away);
  • a change of address for your business;
  • requests for a digital invoice.

Employers Desk

You must provide the following information via the Employers Desk:

  • an employment relationship that needs to be deleted;
  • changes to your company’s registered name, wage deductions number, legal form, email address or telephone number;
  • a change in your account number (please send this by post or email, attaching a copy of a bank statement).
