Koopvaardij Portal
You must provide the following information via the Koopvaardij Portal:
- salary details (daily wage);
- an employee entering service;
- an employee leaving service (including dismissal or passing away);
- a change of address for your business;
- requests for a digital invoice.
Employers Desk
You must provide the following information via the Employers Desk:
- an employment relationship that needs to be deleted;
- changes to your company’s registered name, wage deductions number, legal form, email address or telephone number;
- a change in your account number (please send this by post or email, attaching a copy of a bank statement).
