We’d like to know what your thoughts are about your pension and our communication. Please sign up for our online customer panel in My Koopvaardij. We'll then contact you now and again (by email) for a survey. Your answers will help us to improve our services. 

Have you already signed up? If so, you can expect an email invitation in June to take part in our survey on investing.

An independent research firm, Crowdtech, will conduct the various surveys for us. Crowdtech will only use your data for the purposes of the survey and will comply with the applicable privacy legislation. 

Here’s how to sign up
You can arrange this in 3 steps:

1. Log in to My Koopvaardij with DigiD or eIDAS.
2. Go to Postal Preferences.
3. Then let us know if we may contact you for survey purposes.

You will receive an invitation from us by email once every 2 months at the most.
