The 7th edition of our Op Koers magazine has been published. It once again features personal stories from current and former seafarers and up-to-date pension information. 

In this edition of the magazine, we consider the future of seafaring. Students are the future, but will they all end up as seafarers? 7 Dutch maritime academies share their views. 

We also have personal stories from seafarers, for example different perspectives on working aboard a cruise ship. You can also read about young and old, past and present, and what it’s like to sail around the world with passengers all year round.

The magazine also explains how the pension fund invests your pension assets and it examines 4 common misconceptions about the new pension system. Members of the pension council look back on what was a very special year for the fund.
