Secure access to your documents in My Koopvaardij using DigiD

Important pension documents can be increasingly accessed in digital form in My Koopvaardij, such as the Uniform Pension Overview and the annual statement (for pensioners). To view these documents, you will need DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app, which makes logging in more secure.

Requesting DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app
If you want to examine these documents online and you do not yet have a DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app, you can arrange this via DigiD. For more information, go to www.digid.nl. You will receive an activation code within three working days.

Remember: If you receive a partner’s, special partner’s or orphan’s pension, you cannot yet use My Koopvaardij. In that case, you will receive your documents by post.

Do you live abroad?

• If you live abroad and you already have a DigiD, but without the SMS verification or the DigiD app, you will have to request a new DigiD with extra verification via SMS or with the DigiD app.
• If you live abroad and you do not have a DigiD or the possibility to obtain one, you will unfortunately not have access to My Koopvaardij. In that case, you will receive important documents by post.
