Your 2019 pension overview will be available shortly

If you built up pension at our fund in 2018, you will be receiving your 2019 Uniform Pension Overview (UPO) shortly, even if you left employment during 2018. The UPO gives you an insight into your built-up pension at Bpf Koopvaardij and the pension for any surviving dependants.

How do you receive your UPO?
We will place your 2019 UPO digitally in My Koopvaardij. If you have indicated that you wish to receive your post digitally, we will send you an e-mail as soon as your UPO is available. If you have indicated that you wish to receive your post on paper or if you have not yet made a choice, you will receive your UPO by post. You can always adjust your post choice in My Koopvaardij.

Logging in via DigiD with SMS verification
To view your 2019 UPO in My Koopvaardij, you will need DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app. This makes logging in more secure. If you do not have it, you can request it via www.digid.nl. If you request SMS verification, you will receive an activation code within three to five working days.

Are you also opting for digital communication?
If your post preference is set to paper or if you have not yet made a choice, you can indicate in My Koopvaardij that you wish to receive your post digitally in future. Submit your e-mail address immediately so that from now on, you will find all your pension post at a single location. Go to www.mijnkoopvaardij.nl and:

  1. Log in using your DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app.
  2. Enter your e-mail address in your personal details and check your telephone number.
  3. Indicate that you wish to receive your post digitally at ‘Hoe ontvang ik mijn post?’ (‘How do I receive my post?’) If you do not want this, you will continue to receive your post on paper.
  4. You will receive an e-mail as soon as digital post is available in My Koopvaardij.

Remember: Do you live abroad?

  • If you live abroad and you already have DigiD, but without the SMS verification or the app, you must request a new DigiD with SMS verification or the app.
  • If you live abroad and you do not have DigiD or the possibility for such, you will not be able to use My Koopvaardij. In that case, you will receive important documents by post. If you wish to have pension calculations made, please contact our Service Desk.
