Are you receiving a pension from us? If so, you will receive two overviews from us at the beginning of each year. In January you will receive your Uniform Pension Overview (UPO). In early February, you will receive your annual statement. Your UPO provides you with an insight into the pension that you received in 2019 and the pension that you will receive in 2020. For 2020 you will see your gross and net pension. You can also see how much your partner and/or children, if any, will receive when you die.
How do you receive your UPO?
We will place your 2020 UPO digitally in My Koopvaardij. If you have indicated that you wish to receive your post digitally, we will send you an e-mail stating that your UPO is available. If you have indicated that you would like to receive your post on paper, you will receive your UPO by post. If you have not yet made a choice, you will also receive your UPO by post. You can always adjust your choice in My Koopvaardij.
DigiD with SMS verification
To view your 2020 UPO in My Koopvaardij, you will need DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app. This makes logging in more secure. If you don't yet have this, request it via DigiD.
Do you live abroad? If so, Log in with eIDAS
If you live abroad and you do not have DigiD, you can now log in on My Koopvaardij with a recognised European log-in method (eIDAS). This applies to residents of Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Germany, Italy and Spain.*
Submit your e-mail address in My Koopvaardij
In My Koopvaardij, you can easily indicate that you wish to receive your post digitally. Enter your e-mail address and indicate your choice at ‘Hoe ontvang ik mijn post?’ (‘How do I receive my post?’). That saves a lot of paper and stamps. Moreover, you will find all your personal pension information in one place. Simpler, faster and cleaner.
