The amount of your pension in the new scheme

How high will my pension be in the new pension scheme? We often hear this question. That is why we provide illustrative examples. In July, you will receive a calculation example via our magazine Op Koers and our website. This will give you an idea of the expected pension for someone in your situation. In the final quarter of 2025, you will receive a personalised calculation of your expected pension. You will receive a final calculation in spring 2026.

A big step closer to the new pension scheme

The board has approved the implementation plan and communication plan for the new pension scheme. The plans have been submitted to regulators DNB and AFM. They are assessing whether Bpf Koopvaardij can switch to the new pension scheme from 1 January 2026. Both plans are available on the website.

Payment of your pension

We will transfer your pension to your bank on the following dates:

•    Wednesday 23 July 2025
•    Friday 22 August 2025
•    Tuesday 23 September 2025

Your pension will be in your account either on these dates or one day later.
